January 1927 Sale of second-hand containers was started by Hiraiwa- Harukichi Store.
September 1946   Sales of steel materials, casting materials and paper materials were started.
April 1967   Started the processing industries. Two mills that equipped with a compounding shear, a press and a 30t Trackscale were newly founded.
March 1973   The mills were moved from Kamidai-cho, Sano city to Akasaka-cho, Sano city. Factory No.1 was established. Two mills that equipped with a 1250t large-sized Guillotine Shear, two roof cranes and a 40t Trackscale were set up.
January 1976   Established as Hiraiwa Kogyo (Steel Industries) Company. The capital was 5 million yen.
July 1988   Factory No.2 was established with a new press and a roof crane.
November 1994   Trackscale was built up from 40t to 60t. Increased the capitalization to 10 million yen.
May 1999   The factories were moved to Haneda Industrial Development (Shimohaneda-cho, Sano city).
October 1999   Acquired the authorization of collection and transportation of industrial waste in Tochigi prefecture.
November 1999   Acquired the authorization of intermediate dispose of industrial waste in Tochigi prefecture.
January 2000   Acquired the authorization of collection and transportation of industrial waste in Utsunomiya city, Saitama prefecture and Gunma prefecture.
February 2000   Acquired the authorization of collection and transportation of industrial waste in Ibaraki prefecture.
May 2002   Acquired the certification of Environmental ISO (ISO 14001).
